  • Purchase and Delivery:

    Retail package Each retail package contains one pipe bowl with a chosen button . Chosen tips, if any are delivered in separate retail packages. The retail package does not contain peripheral components such as battery, charger and atomizer.

    Manufacturing time Once the order is placed, it takes up to three weeks for us to finish your products (depending on the chosen model, finish, etc) because we manufacture each item individually and by hand.

    Payment Once we have manufactured your order, we will notify you by mail and send you a photo of your products for your review and confirmation and send you payment instructions. Only once you have reviewed your order, you will be asked to make the payment.

    We accept Paypal and bank transfer

    Shipping Standard shipping is by priority mail, it usually takes 1 week for the package to arrive.
